Manchester Mill on the Water wasn’t always the area’s most beautiful wedding venue, it’s a cornerstone of Manchester’s story. Built in 1832, the mill powered the town’s growth for over a century. Email manchestermillonthewater@gmail.com or call (734) 210-9336 stating you're ready to book your preferred date and include a backup in case it's unavailable. A tour is recommended before booking, but not required. Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Typically, couples still hire a caterer, bar service, officiant, music, photographer, and florist. In addition, you may also choose to rent a luxury tent for our green space that has a beautiful view of the River Raisin. Visit our Vendors Guide to explore the area’s best vendors.
Music must conclude by 10:30 pm with guests exiting the property by 11:00 pm. An afterparty location is encouraged and a list of local establishments can be provided.
The venue can accommodate 140 seated guests (not including staffing/vendors).
Yes, Manchester Mill on the Water can accommodate the two special guests of honor for the night, with checkout at 9 am. A later checkout may be available depending on the venue’s that day.
